Ways to practice together

There are several ways in which you can learn and practice meditation with me. I’m looking forward to it!

Mindfulness meditation classes

I offer classes periodically. Please check the events page so see upcoming events.

If you are interested in taking a class but can’t join at the times at which it’s offered, or wish to take it with a specific group of people, we can work together to find a time that works for all. The minimum number of participants I require to form a new class is 5.

For the moment I’m teaching an introductory class to mindfulness meditation and a class focused on the heart practices.

I offer working with individuals in mentoring sessions. Often there are specific things that a person wants to work with, but is not quite sure of how to approach it with mindfulness or during practice. There are simply times where a person may wish to be able to act or behave differently in a given circumstance, but doesn’t know how to. This space provides an opportunity to be guided as you connect to what is calling for attention, and listen to what you need.

One-on-one sessions can also be really helpful for anyone that simply wants to dedicate more time to deepen the practice.

Mentored mindfulness practice can be a wonderful compliment to psychotherapy, often when a person has been going to therapy for a while and still has a feeling of being stuck.

Sessions have a duration of 45 minutes and are charged on a sliding scale of $50-$70/session (or $500-$750 MXN). If you can’t cover the minimum cost, please contact me. I have limited availability for these sessions. If you’re interested in one, please send me a message.

Community practice

An important and beautiful way to practice mindfulness is by doing it in community. When we witness each other, we understand that what happens in life is not personal and that we’re truly not alone.

Practicing with others is helpful in staying engaged with the practice. I lead community practices several times a year. This sessions are donation-based; the suggested amount per session is $20 USD (or $150 - $250 MXN)
